MGM College of Pharmacy follows a transparent and fair refund policy as per the guidelines of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and university norms.
Admission fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances as per institutional rules and applicable regulations.
If a student wishes to withdraw admission, a written application must be submitted to the college administration. Refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the date of withdrawal and college policies.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where admission is cancelled within the prescribed time frame or due to valid reasons approved by the college authority.
Registration fees, admission processing charges, and other administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited through the original mode of payment or as decided by the institution.
Students must submit a written application along with relevant documents such as fee receipt, admission letter, and valid ID proof for processing the refund request.
In case of students availing benefits under schemes like the Bihar Student Credit Card, refund policies will be governed by the respective scheme guidelines and regulations.
If admission is cancelled by the institution due to any valid reason, the refund will be processed as per applicable rules and deductions.
