Medicinal plants and herbs are considered valuable and important ingredients which can be used in development of life saving drugs. Apart from that, these plants also play a critical role in the health, well-being and human cultures of people around the world.
Keeping in view the growing importance of computer learning, the college has established a well-equipped computer lab to keep the students abreast with the latest computer knowledge. It can accommodate 60 students at a time.The college has high-tech computer with LAN and internet services through wireless connectivity, and LCD projection systems, hardware and software, printers, scanners.Students, faculty and staff have access to the computer labs, which provide the tools and technologies to produce websites, edit papers, complete class assignments, communicate via email, conduct data analyses and access library resources.
The vision of the College Library is to become a model library among the state by providing information services and access to digital and printed resources to support the scholarly and informational need of the college community. Towards this it intends to incorporate the latest technology and adopt more user friendly approaches.
The classrooms are spacious and overlook the greeneries of the campus, adding calm to the robust atmosphere of teaching and learning. The classrooms are all connected to Wi-Fi, enabling digital learning and flipped learning, presentations, and interactive sessions. Smart classrooms are equipped with projectors for audio-visual segments. Classrooms are easily accessible even for differently-abled students and staff.
We offer transportation facility to the students, who reside in the radius of 40Km from the college, so that our students can reach the college without any issues. To provide utmost comfort for our students, we are offering 6 buses, which ply to many areas. These buses are always maintained in immaculate condition, and the drivers are highly experienced and they are excellent at safe driving.
Playground is situated within the college campus. Facilities are available to play volleyball, cricket, football, carom, chess, kho-kho, throw ball, boxing and athletics, with a view of developing a sense of team spirit and to encourage a spirit of healthy environment. Opportunity is provided to all students for practice and participation in various sport events in accordance to their interest.
